Report a bug
To help us fix it faster, please include where possible:
- your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 26);
- the game version (settings screen);
- what happened and how to reproduce it;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
Purchases and restore
Purchases (for example, "remove ads") are tied to your App Store or Google Play account. You can restore them with the "Restore purchases" button in the game settings, on the same account. Refunds are handled by the app store.
Delete my data
Local data
Progress and settings are stored on your device. To remove them: reset progress in the game settings, or delete the app — the data is wiped along with it.
Online data
To delete data linked to the daily board and Echo duels, email sortlock@shurco.info with the subject "Delete my data". We will process the request and confirm deletion.
